Introductory briefing

Every tonne is a digital token.

ContinuumOps makes the energy and cost of moving every tonne visible while it is still happening, function by function, from drill to mill.

Watch its energy. Watch its cost. Manage itbefore it leaves the shift.

Comminution (crushing, grinding, milling) is the largest share of specific energy and runs over target: grinding is the single largest consumer. The cost is paid for in the mill.

What you get

The measured energy and the associated cost of each parcel of material, by function, across the full drill-to-mill chain.

How a decision in one function changes cost upstream and downstream, not only where it is made.

The controls available to manage that cost while the shift is still running.

From diagnosis to control
OPD · Diagnostic

OPD finds the opportunity and proves the return.

Context Engine · Live

The Context Engine puts the control in shift.

Begin with the Integrated Performance Diagnostic: a preliminary OPD diagnostic that quantifies the order of magnitude of the opportunity.

Lower cost per tonne. Lower energy intensity. Less waste carried downstream.

Decisions made on measured reality rather than estimates, and managed inside the shift rather than after it.

If you cannot currently see what a tonne costs to move while it is moving, that is the conversation worth having.
